Abstract

Rhythmic exercise with drumsticks can be used as alternative type of cardio or prevention exercise. It may be engaged in large groups as a fat burning and coordination workout and on the other hand it can be instrumental towards physio exercise for children, elders or people with special needs.

Both of those ways can start in slow tempos, easy rhythms and light movements till complicate combinations in full strength where is fi nally initialised the whole musculoskeletal system
