Book of bonds and contracts (Liber Obligationum et Vadimoniorum ac Successionum) from Litomyšl (1581-1647)

Abstract
This article brings a deep diplomatic and paleographic analysis of the oldest specialized town book from Litomyšl that contain agenda of disputes among the burghers. The records in this book deal with financial disputes (depts and guarantees) and property disputes (problematic property transfers).
The critical analysis of the records from 1581-1591 and 1631-1646 reveales several scribers and the author makes alsi an analysis of the formal structure of the records using the well known structure of medieval deeds (intitulatio, narratio, intabulatio, promulgatio, corroboratio, witnes line and datatio).
