Abstract
The systemic commentary on the first complex unification of choice of law rules in the field of non-contractual relationships is the first work of this kind in the Czech Republic. The commentaries are based on the existing case law established by foreign courts and the most important doctrinal sources.
Apart from the comments the book explains the process of establishing the regulation as well as the development of general choice of law rule and the special rules applicable to specific torts and quasi torts.
