Abstrakt
The chapter deals with analysis of medical records of patients of hospital ran by Brothers Hospitallers of Saint John of God in Kuks in the time span 1744-1780. Out of total number of 11493 patients was made an representative sample of 579 patients, which was statistically evaluated according to religion, diagnosis, social class, age, duration of hospitalization and other parameters.
