Abstract
The authors describe legal regulation of religious assistance (chaplaincy) in the Czech Republic. After historical and sociological background they describe national regulation of chaplaincy and its organisation.
Finally, they deal with chaplaincy in different fields: armed forces, penitentiaries, hospitals, police, airports, municipalities etc.
