Abstract
The article is being discussed the origin of penile phalloplethysmography assesment, its history in Czech Republic and also in former Czechoslovakia, about implementation of diagnostic methods in sexology, about the theory of SMP (Sexual Motivation Program), about deviding of paraphilies, and also finally about problematic of judicial expert opinions, when PPG helps to distinguish offenders from sexual deviants.
