Abstract

The objective of the monograph is to explore selected problems of evidencing process. The book is divided into seven chapters and deals with selected problems of evidence and criminal procedure namely: concept of evidence in criminal proceedings, scope and principles of criminal evidencing procedure, fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine, burden of proof, witness evidence, right to privacy and evidence judicial cooperation in criminal matters between Member States in gathering evidence.
