Abstract
The purpose of the contribution "Managers Competence and Competencies of ZOS Managers" is to introduce the process of creation and form of the created competence model for managers of health and social organizations. The competency model was developed in cooperation with 4 European universities and is currently in the verification phase.
Its primary beneficiaries are students of management of social and healthcare organizations, but it can also be used in practice by providers of these services.
