The article treats of life careers of Archduchess Antoinetta (1858-1883) and Archduke Leopold Ferdinand (1868-1935), children od Ferdinand IV., the last Grand Duke of Tuscany. Antoinetta, the only daughter of Ferdinand and his first wife Anna of Saxony, was abbess of the Theresian Foundation for Noble Ladies at Prague Castle and died at age of 25 of tuberculosis.

Her Brother Leopold Ferdinand was the eldest son of Ferdinand from his second marriage. 1902 he renounced his rank as an archduke, took the name Leopold Wölfling and became Swiss citizen. After World War I Wölfling returned to Austria and tried his hand as a tourist guide in the Hofburg Palace, a peddler or an insurance agent.
