Abstract
KONEP is a coalition of NGOs in the Pardubice Region. The strategy of this organization defines the development of both the whole association and individual members.
The subject of the cooperation was to analyze strategic management, to create a strategic plan in a participatory way and to create an operational plan for 2018. In 2018, the content of the strategic plan was also updated.
