Role of government in the process of law-making in the Czech Republic. View to the efficiency of governance

Abstract

The article discusses the possibilities of the Czech government to effectively govern through legislative instruments, whether its own or influenced by it. It examines the scope of the power of authority, the possibility of introducing emergency ordinances and the rule of law, as well as the role of government in the legislative process.
