Abstrakt
German-Czech, Czech-German Sports Dictionary is a wide- ranging database of terms from the field of sport and connected branches. It includes thematic fields such as sport studies, concept of sport, categorization of sport branches, human body, movement and its description, school physical education, track and field athletics, gymnastics, movement and sports games, swimming, skiing, water and outdoor sports.
The German-Czech part comprises ca. 2400 dictionary entries with 570 subentries, the Czech-German part has 1500 entries with 1800 subentries.
