Publication at Faculty of Law |
2018

Abstract

In many jurisdictions of the world, human embryo research in vitro is limited to 14 days (in the Czech Republic, only seven days) of embryonic development, before which the embryo must be destroyed. As a result of advancing scientific developments, however, there is a lively discussion on the possibilities of extending this time.
