Abstrakt
At a time when the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations was codified and articles on the inviolability of diplomatic correspondence, documents and archives - information and communication technologies were in the begining so diplomatic community and state could not deal with them. The use of new procedures, including for example electronic mail, electronic storage and transmission of information, videoconferencing and other forms of electronic communication, has raised new questions in the theory and practice of international law.
