Abstract
The chapter deals with the phenomenon of sharing, in particular sharing of taxi-type passenger transport and short-term accommodation. The author provides a commented summary of the most important judicial decisions in this area, including a brief overview of the legislative proposals and de lege ferenda outlooks.
