Employment of foreigners is a cross-cutting issue. The aim of the book is to describe the issue not only in terms of procedures leading to the acquisition of relevant public authorizations but rather to discuss all related aspects in terms of labour law and social security law.
The main focus of the book is on the employment relationship negotiated with a foreigner, including all related public-law aspects. Close attention is also paid to the protection of personal data in the light of the GDPR, anti-discrimination law, historical excursion and the illegal work of foreigners.
