Abstract
The presented paper is devoted to the current theme of Industry 4.0. The first part of the paper defines the basic institutes which digitalisation, globalization and automation bring with it.
The second part of the paper analyses in more detail the impact of the sharing economy and artificial intelligence, as products of the fourth industrial revolution, on the labour market in the way we know it today. The object of the paper is to introduce some new opportunities, challenges and impacts brought by the outlined institutes, including consideration of the impact of scientific progress on selected areas of labour law.
