Currency conditions in 13th-century Bohemia in the light of the Levínská Olešnice hoard

Abstract

The paper is focused on the find circumstances of the hoard of Levínská Olešnice (Eastern Bohemia) and on its composition - 13th-century Bohemian and Meissen bracteates, their weight and fineness, within the broader context of currency conditions in Central Europe of that time.
