Abstract
It is a commitment to a professional journal when it enters the eighty-ninth year of its existence. When he had stayed for so long, he had to bring something good and inspiring.
And readers rightly expect this to continue. Who monitors professional journals knows that it is not easy at all - the question of reviews, databases, and other important indicators for someone, too many options do not provide.
The year 2018 will bring some studies, connected with the emergence of the independent Czechoslovak Republic.
