Abstract
The article introduces the reader to the institute of a new protective measure that can contribute to the control of crime in the Czech Republic. It discusses its legal regulations and the consequences of its implementation.
The article deals with the contradiction of the established protective measure with the basic principles of criminal proceedings, and discusses the possibility of turning the burden of proof in criminal proceedings.
