Abstract
The article deals with the tombstone of the one of the founders of the czech Archeology Josef Hladík in Měník, who, in this rustic cemetery, will be surprised by his exhibition and unexpectedly interesting iconographic program. The Signature on the tombstone conect this work from the early 20th century with the stone company Adolf Loos st. from Brno, who was then led by the widow of this stone-carpenter.
At the end of the article there is a reflection on the relationship between Adolf Loos ml. to the tombstone.
