Narrative as an Indestructible Phenomenon of Human Society

Publication |
2018

Abstract

The author reflects on historical narrative as a tool, sprung from human ontogenesis for the foundation of social identity and contemporary as well as historical self-awareness of any human community. The author sees a situation in which the existing narratives are either rejected, without being subject to analytical criticism, or respectively if civic/societal supporting narratives are absent, as a problem.
