Abstract

Based on the determination of the research, the intention was to carry out pre-research Pre-research was about women's stereotypes - three types of women (with two children, voluntarily childless and involuntarily childless) working in different professions. A questionnaire was used to ascribe attributes according to the type of women and then scale the characteristics that respondents attributed to the given categories of women according to different professions.

This first pre-research was conducted with 30 college students / students of psychology. The results of the pre-research show that both the positive and the negative characteristics were attributed to the professional and thus the social status, and there is not always a connection with the fact that mostly non-childless women would be attributed to more negative qualities.

Interestingly, the "expectation" of having a child may be related to social status. Based on the results of the pre-research, the hypotheses for further research will be specified.
