Abstract
The article deals with the transferability of a share of a general partner in the Limited Partnership. According to the Czech Commercionalists this transfer is not allowed on the grounds of its prohibition in the general partnership.
The author points out to the art. 123 of Czech Commercial Corporations Act and provides some arguments leading to the conclusion that a transfer of general partner's share must be (in a limited way) accepted.
