The aim of this work was to determine the effect of thermally stabilized fibroblast growth factor 2 (FGF2) on healing of full thickness wound in rat diabetic model (diabetes mellitus type II, DM II) by means of macroscopic evaluation healed wound area. The effect of stabilized FGF2 (FGF2 STAB) was compared with wild type of FGF2 (FGF2 WT) and with untreated control (CTRL).
