Surrogate motherhood from perspective of Czech private law: legislation, jurisprudence and doctrine

Abstrakt

The lecture examines and explains actual situation concerning surrogate motherhood in the Czech Republic. Real situation and legal regulation are contrasted.

As an outcome, authors give opinion, that in the Czech Republic surrogacy is a reality and this shall be reflected in legal regulation.
