The Fruit of the Poisonous Tree Doctrine

Abstract

This chapter explore selected problem of evidence in criminal proceedings in the Czech Republic. It introduces the Doctrine of the Fruits of the Poisonous Tree and the posibilities of using this doctrine in the Czech criminal proces.
