Abstract
Robert McIver is a professor of biblical studies in Australia, among other things, he focuses on the historical Jesus and the emergence of early Christianity. The reviewed book was published by the Society of Bible Literature in Atlanta in 2011.
Although it is an older book, it is not much known in the Czech environment. The book Memory, Jesus, and the Synoptic Gospels is an example of interdisciplinary scientific work in the New Testament issue.
