Abstract
Historical Works of B. Loewenstein are included in a broader line of Czech thinking about political values of Central Europe and show it as a specific anthropology of history.
It wants to place more emphasis on individual negotiation and decision-making in the sense of "Thomas's theorem", and the various possibilities of event gathering.
