Abstract
This paper is about Czech women who converted to Islam, about those, who were born and raised in Czech Republic. This text focused on veiling in Czech society.
The whole paper is built on qualitative, anthropological research and is backed up with personal testimonies and life stories my respondents. Their testimonies are compared to theories concerning conversion and compared with researches about Islam converts in different European countries or United States of America.
