In recent years, the incidence of skin cancers, especially in the facial area, has increased due to longer life expectancy and higher exposure of sun shine. Skin cancer does not threaten patients directly: however, it may cause recurrent bleeding, pain, limit of food intake, even endangering of eyesight and breathing or a mutilation of appearance, thus cut down the quality of life.

The sufficient removal of malign tissue with perfect functional and aesthetic reconstruction is the task of surgical treatment. The scale of reconstructional options is wide; however there is a limit with regard to health status of old patients, when most of surgeries must be done under the local anaesthesia only.

So it is necessary to objectify the course and results of particular methods also from patient view
