The paper deals with various legal titles by which the partners of an unlimited company provide the company with their performances in the form of work and services. Such performances can be sorted out into two groups.
The first group is represented by work and services provided by partner fulfilling his obligation of contribution (so-called capitalized performances). The second group consists of performances whose value is not capitalized, therefore, the share capital is not being paid up.
This second group includes a wide range of legal titles (e.g. a memorandum of association, any sort of agreement to perform a work or to provide services not within the memorandum of association, and others).
