Comparison of plasma and brain exposure levels of bis-pyridinium oximes KR-22839 and KR-26256 with asoxime and obidoxime in mice

Abstrakt

Plasma and brain exposure levels of KR-26256: 25,828 nM and 617 nM in mouse plasma and brain. KR-26256 showed 2.7 times higher brain exposure than asoxime and obidoxime in mice by changing the linker from CH2CH2OCH2CH2 to CH2OCH2.
