Abstract
The editorial brings some ideas about the conception of historical sociology as adventure of knowledge, the role of improvisation, the serendipity according to Robert K. Merton.
It emphasises the importance of modification and alien discourse. It shows short description of published contributions in this journal of Historical sociology.
