Abstract
Headmaster of the school is an essential factor in educational leadership. Is directly responsible for the educational process, the progress and results of the pupils.Scientific sources and conclusion of the author's research point out some critical characteristics in the understanding of school master, the problems in his preparation and his lifelong support as well.
The current situation is not satisfying, which is based on a variety of arguments and research findings.
