Abstract

Difficult Years of Foreign Policy The chapter focuses on efforts of Czechoslovak foreign policy to ensure state security in the 30s, especially by endeavour to anchor Little Entente and by establishment of collective security system. Furthermore it explains causes of failure of such efforts as a loss in authority of League of Nations and unwillingness of Great Britain and France to engage in favour of European democracy and peace.
