Conditional release from the perspective of judges - Results of the survey

Abstract

The article presents the results of the survey of judges who deal with conditional release in the Czech Republic. It follows their views on the importance of particular criteria and on the quality of backgrounds that they need and use to make decisions.

It also identifies their attitudes to possible changes in legislative practice.
