Abstract
The text characterizes the contact situation between Czech and the Czech Sign Language with main focus on the form and function of those lexical features of the Czech Sign Language that are identifiable as the results of the contact with spoken or written Czech (fingerspelling, initialized signs, calques and spoken components).
