Child in Focus? The confusing conflict of roles between family, school and experts

Abstract

The paper deals with the historical conditions of the pedocentric approach and with its risks today. The more vulnerable "relational" family (Durkheim), school institution as a parents choice (supermarket model) or as a training company (enterprise), emerging new riskssuch as the digital solitude etc. lead us to question the balance to find between different educational instances.
