Abstract
School psychologists are becoming a regular part of elementary schools in the Czech Republic. Changes in society, which are reflected in the development of children and adolescents, bring specific challenges that they face.
Due to their specific position in schools, it is often challenging for them to find the support of colleagues and they may not have enough access to methodological help and supervision. The aim of the conference is to provide school psychologists (and other professionals in schools with an interest in school psychology) the theoretical and practical information they could use in their daily praxis and to share their experience with each other.
Two main themes were selected: School Motivation and the School Class as a Social Group.
