Abstrakt
The paper deals with the landscape of Most, an industrial town of Northern Bohemia whose ancient centre was destroyed and replaced by new buildings, while most of its German inhabitants were replaced by Czech workers in mines and other industrial sites. Following the fil rouge of alienation and de-construction, the authors discuss some different ways to observe and describe life in/of a town.
