Abstract

Amending the conditions for the educational work of teachers in different types of schools. Content related to education, as well as with a number of social changes in the interaction of teachers and school pupils and other actors.

Beyond his professional competence and didactic a content file and is connected with social skills, in particular: learning and self-reflection, at various levels, managing conflict situations. The current undergraduate and postgraduate training and teachers is how effectively to develop their professional skills.
