Abstrakt
The book contains the description and results of a research led by the author among 24 professional coaches concerning what are the preconditions for effective coaching. The Grounded Theory was used as a method for analysing the data and a general model of efficient coaching methodology common for different coaching schools was designed as a result of the work.
