Abstract
Not only strengths and weaknesses of the use of teachers professional experience are discussed. The crux of the problem lies in the tension between the practical (Immediate, non-mediated) experience and necessary theoretical distance.
Main traits of professions (deep knowledge, autonomy, vital needs satisfaction ) are analyzed under the view of practical experience.
