Abstract
Keynote speech about new trends in Interpretation Research (sociological aspects, history of interpreting and new technologies and their impact on the interpreters), about new trends in training future interpreters (virtual learning, blendid teaching, internet platforms: in situ and online classes) and new trends on the interpreting market: conference interpreting - less language combinations (English as real lingua franca) and community interpreting (more and more exotic and less used languages appears in the multlingual communities with global migration. The presentation shoes also the last actual and mportant publication in Interpreting studies.
