Abstract

The paper deals with contributions (from regions of Podřipsko and Velvarsko) sent to the first Czech enthnographic magazine "Český lid" (Czech People). Despite the fact of industrialization of the areas at the turn of 19th and 20th century they bring a plenty of remarkable information about folk culture of these regions.
