The book About People and Water escribes water management issues in developing countries. in which autor has worked as an expert. His work has taken him to the desert areas of Central Asia, Africa and America as well as into the tropical jungles of Southeast Asia or the Amazon.
He has experienced the sensitive issues of the Middle East from the perspective of both Israel and Arab countries while working in the Palestinian territories in the West Bank, Saudi Arabia or in the United Arab Emirates. He passes on his expertise regarding the use of water resources in developing countries to students of the Faculty of Science in several subjects, in which this publication will be included as a study material.
The main idea of the book reflects the following idea. The primary reason why people do not have access to drinking water is not a lack of water in the physical sense but economic backwardness, political instability and the organizational incompetence of man.
