Abstract
The paper tries to depict the story of the failure of the projects of so called Social centres in observed towns that we observed and tried to make sense of during two years 2014-15. We move around the Event - the failure of the Social center spirally and as we return to it, still some new things emerge and events also become subject of reintrepretation by actors and so the events change under our view.
The process is interesting as methodologically as substantially. The very fall of the projects represents a multilayered problem, that refers to many contexts and as a worst practice example shows a junction where everything related to help providing professions crashes together - the ideology, irational psychology, negotioations between actors, politics, economy, culture and morals.
