Abstract
In the presented document, basic recommendations are formulated to achieve and / or maintain systemic homeostasis in organ donors after brain death in ARO / JIP workplaces or their equivalent. Individual recommendations are based on available published sources of expertise on the issue and views of members of the working group, including external opponents.
The document does not substitute the basic professional resources of the given issue and does not mention the obligations of the healthcare workers determined by legal or subordinate standards.
