The article addresses the study of planar curves in kinematic geometry. Kinematic geometry belongs to the highly demanding subjects at colleges; nevertheless, the basis can be shown to students even in the secondary schools.
The aim of the contribution is to present kinematic definitions of planar curves. The construction of curves is implemented in software GeoGebra.
GeoGebra is also used for experiments. The determination of curves is verified synthetically and algebraically.
We also present the practical usage of kinematic geometry.
